Thank you for playing
FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS.

[ISSUE DETAILS]
• On the May 12th, soon after the Vision of Bahamut raid event was released, a number of suspicious accounts were detected and suspected to be bot accounts. All of these accounts have since been banned and removed from the raid.

We consider this to be a serious transgression and are continuing our investigation and will take severe action against those responsible. We will also be taking measures to ensure that similar scenarios do not occur again.

• We are aware that Lapis resellers and hackers are continuously advertising their unsafe and illegal services online. For each service that is dealt with, another reappears with a different guise.

We would like to remind our players that these services can compromise your personal privacy and security, as they require access to your Facebook account and payment details.

As a reminder, the FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS team does not bear any responsibility for any losses incurred due to such services, nor will we provide support via data restoration in the event of losses due to the engagement in them.

If players are detected to own illegally acquired items and resources, they will be dealt with according to the terms of service.

For the sake of a fair gaming environment, we are treating this issue very seriously. We hope that our players will choose to do the right thing and cease any support of such dealers, as well as continue reporting any knowledge of them to us through our support system.

We look forward to your continued support of
FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS.
