With the release of iOS 12, Apple Inc. has sent out a new set of Terms & Conditions to iOS users. Once the new Terms & Conditions have been accepted, users can proceed with their purchases normally.

However, it has come to our attention that when the Terms & Conditions popup appears at the same time as the lapis purchases in-game, there might be cases where the lapis purchase will fail if the user has decided to proceed with the purchase after accepting the new Terms & Conditions. When this purchase fails, players might be charged without receiving their newly purchased lapis.

We advise our iOS users that when the new Terms & Conditions popup appears during a lapis purchase, to please accept the Terms & Conditions, and then immediately cancel the lapis purchase. After the Terms & Conditions have been accepted, any lapis purchase may be done as usual.

For users who encountered problems with these types of failed lapis purchases, we would like to advise contacting our customer support through Support - Contact Us, accessible from the Title Screen, or from Menu - Customer Support, accessible in-game.
