We are aware of the issue below.

If the game ends abruptly during a cut scene, it may cause an issue where the game encounters a looping cycle and players will only be able to get out of this by not resuming the mission. This affects both the main story and story events.

We are currently investigating the issue and it will be resolved in the next app update.

To allow affected players to finish the Ignacio story event, the duration of the event will be extended for 1 more week until Thursday, 3/7 23:59 PST.
