We have fixed the following issue and expect no further setback from it:

Players cannot enter the Star Quartz Map dungeon in King Mog's Lost Maps and attempting entry brings players back to the title screen.

We have also investigated the issue where players with new accounts were not able to receive or claim their welcome login bonus rewards after the 3.4.5 update.

Players who could not claim their rewards in the mailbox can now do so.

Players who did not receive their rewards and had their streak broken will now receive the rewards corresponding to the day they previously left off on, regardless of how many login days they have had in total.

However, rest assured that those players who have experienced an interrupted login streak will receive their missing rewards based on their actual login activities by 3/14.
