FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS.
There was a display issue with the
exchange item counter in the Exchange Shop.
Players who had already exchanged for an item in the Exchange Shop
would see an erroneous display of the item still being in stock
when relaunching the app after their first exchange. Attempting to
exchange for the same item again would prompt an error message.
This issue has been resolved as of 6/3 PDT and we foresee no further
problems with it.
Players who encountered this issue with the Exchange Shop issue
are encouraged to contact Customer Support.
Our humble apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you very
much for your understanding.
