App version 3.8.9 has been released and the issue with the 7★ Guaranteed (Re)summon has been resolved.

7★ Guaranteed (Re)summon - Attacker will be reopened for 1 day starting from 12/19 PST after maintenance and 7★ Guaranteed (Re)summon - Mage will be open for 3 days starting from 12/20 PST.

We have identified the issue regarding the application crash some players have encountered with the 7★ Guaranteed (Re)summon banners.

This issue is scheduled to be resolved in the upcoming 3.8.9 version update later this month.

Affected players who are currently seeing a "resume summon" pop-up message upon entering the game should be able to continue their summons after the 3.8.9 update.

These players will also receive 1000 lapis as compensation.

Players who are currently not receiving the pop-up message and also did not apply for a refund from their corresponding app stores will be receiving 7360 lapis and a 7★ Guaranteed (Re)summon summon ticket (to be given in January 2020) as compensation.

Players who have received a refund from their corresponding app stores will receive a 7★ Guaranteed (Re)summon summon ticket (to be given in January 2020) as compensation.

All lapis compensation will be sent during this week's upcoming maintenance and the 7★ Guaranteed (Re)summon via compensation tickets will be available in January 2020.
