There is currently an issue with the Chamber of the Vengeful: The Empress Supreme 26-50 unit challenges whereby players who have already cleared the additional 26-50 unit challenges before the addition will not receive their rewards automatically.

This issue will be affecting Demon Matsuri, Bogeyman Nights, Not Toying Around, and other upcoming Chamber of the Vengeful quests when they have the 26-50 units challenges added. We are currently still working on a fix for this issue.

In the meantime, players who have already cleared 26-49 unit challenges for the affected Chamber of the Vengeful trials will have to clear the same challenge once more to receive the correct rewards.

Players who have already finished all 50 unit challenges before the addition of the unit challenges will be receiving their rewards directly in their mailbox during each week's maintenance.

Players who have not attempted the additional unit challenges of each Chamber of the Vengeful before their official dates of release will not be affected by this issue and will receive the rewards when they clear the 26-50 unit challenges after official release.
