[Update 12/9]
This is an update regarding the issues included in the 12/7 issue report:
① Legendary Hero Sephiroth (EX+1)
② Onion Knight -Neo Vision- (EX+2)
③ Rain & Fina (EX+2/EX+3)
④ Duran (EX+1/EX+2/EX+3)

① Legendary Hero Sephiroth (EX+1)
- The unclaimable EX+1 awakening rewards have been deleted and the correct awakening rewards have been sent to all affected players. Additionally, any players awakening the Legendary Hero Sephiroth unit from this point onwards should be able to claim any associated rewards without issue.
② Onion Knight -Neo Vision- (EX+2)
- The issue has been fixed and players who awaken Onion Knight -Neo Vision- to EX+2 will now be able to claim the associated rewards.
- The unclaimable EX+2 awakening rewards have been deleted and the correct awakening rewards have been sent to all affected players.

③ Rain & Fina (EX+2/EX+3)
- The issue has been fixed and players will receive the correct awakening rewards when awakening Rain & Fina to EX+2 and EX+3.
- The missing EX+2 and EX+3 awakening rewards have been sent to all affected players.

④ Duran (EX+1/EX+2/EX+3)
- The issue has been fixed and players who awaken Duran to EX+1/EX+2/EX+3 will receive the correct parameter value increases.
- We have found a potential fix to restore the correct parameter values to affected Duran units and intend to implement it at the earliest time possible.

We have received reports regarding some issues when awakening the EX levels of the following units after the 12/2 maintenance update:

① Legendary Hero Sephiroth (EX+1)
- Players who awakened Legendary Hero Sephiroth to EX+1 prior to the fix implemented last 12/3 remain unable to claim the awakening rewards.
- The EX+1 awakening rewards will be deleted from the message boxes of any affected players and the correct awakening rewards will be sent at a later date.

② Onion Knight -Neo Vision- (EX+2)
- Players are unable to claim Onion Knight -Neo Vision-'s EX+2 awakening rewards as the Metal Gigantuar's Here! vision card icon does not display properly in the message box, and attempting to claim it will cause an error message to appear.
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed at the earliest time possible.
- The EX+2 awakening rewards will be deleted from the message boxes of any affected players and the correct awakening rewards will be sent at a later date.

- Players are receiving the incorrect awakening rewards when awakening Rain & Fina to EX+2 and EX+3.

- The EX+2 awakening rewards already sent can be kept by all affected players, and any missing awakening rewards will be sent at a later date.
- The EX+3 awakening reward "5th Anniversary Celebration Preparations" will not be deleted, and players can keep the vision card. Any missing awakening rewards will be sent at a later date.
- This issue is scheduled to be fixed at the earliest time possible.
- The EX+2 awakening rewards already sent can be kept by all affected players, and any missing awakening rewards will be sent at a later date.

- The parameter increase values for Duran when awakening him to EX+1, EX+2, and EX+3 were set lower than intended.
