Rechargeable Magnus Abilities

Certain abilities will allow a unit to restore a number of charges for rechargeable magnus abilities. (Multiple charges may be required to use a magnus ability.)

The number of charges restored will be determined by factors such as ability level.

In the case of Storm Seeker Esther, using her limit burst "Bunny Bolt Blitz" will restore charges for her magnus ability "Calm Before The Storm".
