New Feature: Additional Enemy Info in Battle

Following the update to version 7.0.0, more information about enemies will now be displayed in battle.

This new feature will automatically appear at the top left part of the screen when selecting an ability from the ability list of any unit in the party.

When there are multiple enemies in battle, tap on any of the enemies while the ability list is still open.

Below is the additional information shown for the enemy:

① DEF and SPR reductions

Display details:

- Shows the value of DEF and SPR reductions inflicted on the target enemy.

We have confirmed these 2 issues concerning the display of DEF and SPR reductions:

> The value of DEF reduction is shown as 0% when both a DEF boost and a DEF reduction are in effect.
> The value of SPR reduction is shown as 0% when both a SPR boost and a SPR reduction are in effect.

* These are purely visual issues and have no effect on the actual value of the DEF and SPR reductions.
** Both issues will be fixed in a future version update.

② Elemental resistances

Display details:

- Shows the value of the target enemy's lowest, and therefore most effective, elemental resistance/s.

If the calculation of all the factors results to two or more elemental resistances with the lowest value, those elemental resistances will be shown alternately.

The displayed elemental resistance value will be the total value of the following factors:

1. original elemental resistance
2. elemental resistance boost
3. elemental resistance reduction
4. elemental resistance boost (area effect)
5. elemental resistance reduction (area effect)

When a unit performs an attack with two or more elements, the following mechanics will be applied to the final damage:

1. The average value of the enemy's elemental resistances matching the elements of the unit's attack will be reflected in the final damage.
2. When the average value of the enemy's elemental resistances matching the elements of the unit's attack exceeds 100%, the damage inflicted will be 0 regardless of the elemental resistance reduction value displayed.

When an enemy has the ability to convert elemental damage into HP restoration, the following mechanics will be applied to the final damage:

1. Regardless of the elemental resistance reduction value displayed, the enemy will absorb the amount of damage that the unit is supposed to deal when attacking with an element that matches the element of the enemy's corresponding ability.

2. When the unit uses an attack with two or more elements, the amount of damage that would have been dealt is also converted to HP restoration.

③ Physical and Magic Killer Abilities

Display details:

- Shows the value of a unit's damage boost against the target enemy's type.

When an enemy possesses two or more types, the damage boost for each type will be displayed alternately.

The displayed value of killer abilities will be the total value of the following factors:

1. unit's total innate killer abilities
2. additional effect of any equipped killer abilities

When an enemy possesses two or more types, the following mechanics will be applied to the final damage:

1. The average value of all the killer abilities of a unit will be reflected in the final damage.

The type of killer abilities reflected in the final damage differs depending on the type of attack performed by a unit.

1. Physical damage is affected by physical killer abilities.
2. Magic damage is affected by magic killer abilities.
3. Hybrid damage is affected by physical killer abilities.
4. Other types of damage (e.g. evocation damage, etc.) are unaffected by killer abilities.

④ Weapon Resistance Reduction Value

Display details:

- Shows the value of the target enemy's weapon resistance reduction.
- Only the value for the enemy's weapon resistance matching a weapon equipped by a unit in the party will be displayed.
- If a unit is equipped with two types of weapons, the value for each weapon will be shown alternately.

When a unit is equipped with two types of weapons, the following mechanics will be applied to the final damage:

1. The average of the corresponding weapon resistance reduction values of the left and right hand weapons will be reflected in the final damage.
2. If a unit is equipped with both a weapon and a shield, only half the value of the weapon resistance reduction will be displayed.
