[Update 6/16]

The adjustments to weapon damage variance on MAG and SPR-based abilities as detailed below have been applied to some evocation damage abilities in this version update.

Example of Affected Abilities:
- Energy Ray (Summoner Yuna)
- Summoner Yuna's Brave Shift limit burst skill "Energy Blast"

Please note that this adjustment affects damage dealt by select abilities only. Summoning an esper is not affected by these changes.

Thank you for playing
FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS.

We would like to inform players about the changes below, which will be implemented following the 7.3.0 version update in mid-June:

① Adjustments to MAG and SPR-Based Abilities

Many magic attackers use MAG-based or SPR-based damage abilities. However, weapon damage variance is not applied for these abilities, which can cause these units' damage output to often be overshadowed by their physical attacker counterparts.

In order to close the damage output gap between magic and physical attackers, weapon damage variance will now be applied to some MAG and
SPR-based abilities.

Old setting: Weapon damage variance applied to
ATK-based, DEF-based abilities with some exceptions.
New setting: Weapon damage variance applied to ATK-based, DEF-based, MAG-based, and SPR-based abilities with some exceptions.

* This update does not apply to HP/MP restoration abilities, fixed damage abilities, or abilities that deal gradual damage.

② Bug Fix

When using HP/MP recovery skills, units with abilities that boost the damage of certain magic abilities will restore more HP or MP than the intended amount.

Our humble apologies for any inconvenience caused. Thank you very much for your understanding.
