players were able to convert units included on expedition mission.
This is already fixed and players shouldn't be able to convert units
on expeditions. A message will appear when attempting to convert a
unit on expedition, warning players that the unit is on an
For players who are still unable to claim their rewards from
affected expeditions, please contact our Support Team for assistance

]. Advance Tokens [x24] will be issued for every affected player.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption this has caused. Thank you

We are aware of the issue wherein players will not be able to claim
their completed expedition mission when a unit on that expedition
has been converted to a prism. This will cause the game to crash.
The team is currently investigating the cause of the issue. For the
meantime, please make sure that your unit is not included on any
expedition mission before attempting to convert them.
