An emergency maintenance was conducted on 9/6 06:00 - 10:20 PDT to address the inclusion of Livid Shantotto and Shadow Lord to the 5★ Select Summon Ticket unit pool.

Below are the updates after the emergency maintenance:
- We removed the unintended units (Livid Shantotto and Shadow Lord) from the 5★ Select Summon Ticket unit pool.
- The 5★ Select Summon Ticket unit pool will include Livid Shantotto and Shadow Lord after their featured summon period.

[Compensation]
a. Livid Shantotto and Shadow Lord unit/s obtained from the 5★ Select Summon Ticket unit pool will be removed from affected player's unit inventory.

We will be temporarily suspending the affected players in order to safely remove the units from their accounts. Rest assured that we will be compensating the affected players accordingly:
[1] We will return the 5★ Select Summon Tickets used;
[2] We will compensate the resources used to awaken Livid Shantotto and Shadow Lord to 6★ or 7★;
[3] We will provide a set of compensation based on the affected timing due to suspension.

b. To compensate for the emergency maintenance, all users will receive the following items:
- Lapis x250
- NRG Restore (10) x 10
