The issue has been fixed and the ticket summon button has been reinstated. The Guaranteed Ticket (4★/5★/NV) was the only ticket with unintended drop rates, and players who used any Guaranteed Tickets (4★/5★/NV) will have them returned. The tickets will be distributed during the next maintenance.
